Painstorm 1

For time:
21-15-9 reps of

Thrusters
Rows
Squat cleans
Dive bomber pushups
Sumo deadlift high pulls
Spider pushups

Use the same load (bar or set of DBs/KBs) for all sets of the weighted exercises.

Post load and time.

a weak Biathalon. (the swimming is hard though).

1 mile bike ride warm up.

10 100 Meter freestyles on the 1:45. Take 1:00 after 5 to see if you can catch your breath.

34:45 for the Painstorm. at 80 lbs.

It was terribly hard. I was sitting on the ground at one point and people were staring.

Yeah you swim that 10 x 100 Meters at 1:45 and tell me how you felt about it.
