KB Complex:
6 SDHP +
6 Hang Clean +
6 Front Squat Push Press +
6 SOTS Press +
6 Push-up +6 One-arm Row
AMRAP in 2 min.
Four total sets. 1 min rest after each.

Then:

7 x 15 jumping ring pullups. Rings should hang eight inches below max overhead reach. 20 sec rest between sets.
