FGB protocol - 5 min rounds - max reps in 1 min for each exercise. 1 min rest between rounds.

Cousins 30# MB
Ring pullups to inverted hang
SDHP 35# KBs
Ring pushups
Thruster 35# KBs

2 mile run.

for each exercise, post lowest number reps in any given round.
