Start on one corner, and sprint the diagonal. Upon arriving there, pick up an 80# sandbag and complete a set of lunges the width of the field (along the backline of the endzone). Once you have reached the other side of the endzone, drop the 80# sandbag and sprint the diagonal, so that you end up on the opposite side of the endzone where you started this exercise. Upon arrival, jog to the field goal post and proceed to keg-toss four 33# sandbags up over your head, clearing the field goal bar behind you. Once all four sandbags have been successfully thrown over the field goal, jog to your original starting point.* This is one lap.
Complete 10 laps.
*Note: if you are doing this solo, or with an odd number of people, you may consider sprinting back to the corner from whence you immediately came following the keg-tosses. This way, the 80# sandbag will be in the correct position for lunges when you sprint the diagonal back to the other side for lap 2.
