The Flying Sisyphus
I.
Get a #12 medicine ball.Find a big hill and a partner.
Have one partner make his way up the hill as quickly as possible by throwing the medicine ball, running up to it, and throwing it again.
While one partner is doing this, the other should run up and down the hill as many times as possible. Switch roles.
Continue until each partner has thrown the ball up the hill 10 times.
II.
Again, with a partner.
5 sets of the following:
One partner jumps rope while the other does 30 pushups.
Partners switch roles.
One partner jumps rope whil the other does 30 situps.
Partners switch roles.

Beastly workout. Ended up doing 7 times up the hill, for continuity's sake with the other group. Total workout time of about 1hr 5mins
