10R AFAP: 10 OHS + 10 pushup + 10 inv. row.

6R: 15 ball slams + 10 floor wipers + 10 supermans.

Use DBs for the overhead squats.  Rows and pushups must be performed with feet elevated. Maintain a straight (hollow) body. Chest touches hands on every rep.
