100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Sit ups

Knock out each of these sets in order, all pull ups, then all push ups, then all sit ups.  However, whenever you come off the bar, hit your knees, or stop doing sit ups, you must then pause and run 400m, aiming for a sub-90sec time, each time.
