Deck of Cards


Use a Deck of Cards to complete this workout (including Jokers).

Draw one card at a time, completing the exercises required before drawing the next card.  Continue until deck is FINISHED.  Reps = value of card*

*Face cards are treated as 10s, including Aces.

Clubs: Pull ups
Spades: Burpees
Diamonds: V ups (#20 bar)
Hearts: SB Atomic Push ups

First Joker: 30 HSPU
Second Joker: 60 KtE
