Max rounds in 5 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
5 pullups

7 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

I can't figure out how to post anything.

Dan and I did Cindy (?) today.
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
as many sets as you can in 20 minutes.
We did 10 sets and it took us til about 22 minutes to finish the tenth.

Followed by some elbows to knees and floor wipers.

I don't think Dan did the full sets though.
