Boulder in the cold, summer rain for 1 hour.
Eat a lot of food.
Ten reps of the following pushups, alternating with a partner:
Diamond Pushups
Dive Bomber Pushups
Clapping Pushups
Wide Pushups
One-leg-up Pushups (x2)
Spider Pushups
Mountain Climber Pushups
2-sec Pause Pushups
Handstand Pushups
