Sprint up a 200m hill with an 80lb sandbag, and carry it back down. Then, run up the hill without the sandbag and back down. Then run a mile to a big set of stairs. Run up the stairs with a 50lb sandbag, and carry it back down. Then run the mile back to the hill. Repeat.

WHILE RUNNING: Stop every two minutes to either jump rope for 45 seconds, or perform 10 burpees.
