6x Hi-Pull +
6x Bent-over Row +
6x Hang Clean +
6x Front Squat Push Press +
6x OHS & SOTS Press Combo +
6x Push-up & One-arm Row
Three rounds @ 20-35# DBs

C2 (or run):2 rounds of 10x (10sec all out / 20sec rest). Damper 8. Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
3 rounds of 4x (20sec Work/10sec Rest).  Rest 3 minutes between each
