2x Mixed grip pullup ladder 1 . . . 6 (pull to supinated hand)
Weighted dips 10-7-5-5-5-3-3 (find 3 RM); 30 sec rest bt sets

5R: 5 HSCJ, 135# + 5 weighted pullup, 25# + 10 DL on balance board, 75# DBs
5R: 10 FE MB pushup + 10 MB split squat jumps +  10 SB atomic pushup + 10 sec reverse hollow rock (like plank but arms extended so you're only a few inches off ground)
